Scale plugin regression: clicking on launcher turns scale on but not off (#748416)

| Clicking on launcher turns scale on but not off. I have to hit ESC key. It's also too cumbersome to start same app several times (eg. start 3 gcalulators). Can I use CNTR-key on the icon to start new instances of same app? Has the app-list (dash thing) a recent list?
