icon gets stuck on screen if dragged from the launcher over spread view (#748900)

The icon stucks on the screen when I move buttons/icons when the scale-plugin (scale window) is active. The bug-report has couple of pictures of this.

This was just a confusing experience with two monitors and TwinView.
