One weird thing I noticed this time. After enabling the second display in TwinView, my panels jump to the second monitor. After opening the NVIDIA config tool, the panels jump back.

Must use the vidia gui tool as expected. Hot plugging does not work, but external monitor and internal work just fine when enabled in twinview from the GUI tool
